Absolutely. We have a dedicated showroom in Warsop, Nottinghamshire & Bristol (visit our contact page for more information), where all our Hot Tubs are on display and available for you to view. Please feel free to pop by at any time. Our friendly team will be more than happy to discuss and demonstrate any product for you.

At Style Spas, we pride ourselves on offering many additional features on our Hot Tubs as standard however, if you have specific requirements that are not already included on your Tub of choice, please speak to one our friendly staff who will be able to discuss your requirements with you.

Once you have ordered your Hot Tub you will receive a call from us to arrange the delivery and installation at a time that suits you best. In many cases this can be as soon as ‘Next Day’.

Hot Tubs don’t need a permanent water supply. They’re filled and drained using a hose pipe so you won’t need to install any additional plumbing at your home.

You will need to get some electrical work completed. Most of our Hot Tubs require a dedicated 32-amp power supply with RCD circuit breaker and isolator switch connected with 6mm armoured cable. We can discuss this in more detail with you over the phone and are happy to speak to your electrician to confirm the requirements if you would prefer. Typically, this should cost under £500.

Your electrician does not need to be present when the Hot Tub arrives. His/her work can be completed prior to our arrival.

Once you have placed your order, our specialist installation team will contact you and carry out a full site survey questionnaire over the telephone. From this information, they will be able to assess what equipment is required to ensure your new Hot Tub is installed and ready for you to enjoy. If a crane is required, we can help you source this in our local area at a reasonable price.

Costing will vary depending on regularity of use, ambient temperatures, electrical tariff and location of the Hot Tub.

The most accurate way to calculate this is to work on KW usage. An average KW of energy in the UK costs between 9 and 11p depending on the provider and all our Hot Tubs are all listed with the average KW consumption per hour both in standby and in use

Our Hot Tubs are manufactured to maximise efficiency wherever possible and include full cabinet insulation and Nordic lids as standard which ensures minimum energy loss.

At Style Spas we are always creating new and innovate ideas to help reduce cost and maximise efficiency for our customers.

Your Hot Tub must be sited on a structurally sound, level surface. A filled spa can weigh a great deal. A reinforced concrete base at least four inches thick is recommended for your Hot Tub. Existing patio slabs and block paving may be utilised but must be flat and level. Wooden decking is also a popular base; however, all bases must be able to take the weight of the Hot Tub plus the water and the occupants. Grass is not considered suitable however, a genius little product (available in stock) called the SmartDeck provides the perfect solution and establishes a flat and level surface for your Hot Tub, even on grass! enables you to site a Hot Tub If you are in any doubt, please speak to us.
